Specimen Delivery

Goods entrance on the north side, 07:30–15:30. Pallet deliveries need to be booked — the forklift is shared with the workshop.

Quotations are usually returned within two working days. Chamber slots are booked on quotation acceptance, and in spring they can be six weeks out.

Questions We Answer Without Charging

Which standard applies to what you are trying to prove
Whether your specimen size and mounting are testable as described
Whether an existing report from another laboratory covers your case
Whether the test you have been asked to buy is the test you actually need

That last one costs us work about once a month and has never once been regretted.
